We opened in Surrey to do one thing well: help BC businesses talk to their customers. That started with phone systems — contact-centre setup, intelligent routing, voice infrastructure that didn't drop calls. As the work matured, we realised the calls were only one channel in a much bigger conversation.
So we followed the customers. Into email, into chat, into self-service portals, into the CRM platforms that hold all of it together. Twenty-plus years later, we still do the phone work that started us — and we run the full customer journey for businesses that want one partner across the whole stack.
